Enjoy the tranquility of the Old Spanish Aqueduct and then pause briefly at Mission Concepcion (oldest unrestored church in the U.S.).

Travel the rolling hills of the beautiful Texas Hill Country to the birthplace of the 36th President of the U.S., Lyndon Baines Johnson. Visit the birthplace, the Texas White House, and pay your respects at the Johnson gravesite. This ranch is a National Historical Park. Lunch will be available on your own in Fredericksburg, TX. In the afternoon visit the Becker Vineyard. Enjoy a tour and wine tasting at one of the most famous wineries in the Texas Hill Country. At this time of the year alongside the rolls and rolls of growing grape vines are fields of lavender plants.

Spicy food is the basis of our San Antonio culture. Learn the family secrets that have won Blanca numerous culinary awards as well as many appearances on the Food Channel. From the basic enchilada Tex-Mex to the perfect Enchilada Verdes acquire the techniques to making this delicious food. A meal is provided served with complimentary Margaritas.
