Media Registration Overview
Your coverage of NECC 2008 is important to us, and we hope to accommodate as many media representatives and points of view as possible.
We grant each publication/organization up to five complimentary media registrations. Organizations sending more than five reporters to NECC will be asked to submit payment for additional media badges.
The registration form asks for your editor's contact information. When your status as a member of the media is verified, you'll be notified and confirmed as a media registrant. That process generally takes about a week.
Online registration closes Wednesday, June 18, 2008. After that, you must register onsite in San Antonio.
Whether you register online or onsite, and before attending any NECC activities, you must pick up your Conference Badge and Press Ribbon at Onsite Registration.
These credentials enable access to all conference sessions, including keynotes, featured sessions, and free social events. Media credentials also grant access to the Exhibit Hall, where you can mingle informally with conference attendees and investigate the products and services offered by hundreds of exhibitors.
NOTES:
- Sales and marketing staffs are not eligible for free media registration, media badges, or working space in the Press Room.
- When you register as media, your contact information is made available to exhibitors who will apprise you of new products and services, trends and developments, and NECC-related events.
