Beginning Sunday, June 29, 2008, please direct your questions to staff and volunteers in the NECC Media Center, located in Room 209 of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. The Media Center will be staffed the week of NECC as follows:

• Sunday, 1 pm–5 pm
• Monday, 8 am–6 pm
• Tuesday, 8 am–6 pm
• Wednesday, 8 am–3 pm

ATTENDEE BAG

The attendee bag includes a number of vital elements, including a combined Final Program and Exhibit Guide with a detailed master schedule, keynote bios, Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center map and a descriptive exhibitor list with booth numbers.

Event News via PR Newswire and L&L Daily Leader

Event news from conference exhibitors and organizers is now available online through a new partnership with PR Newswire and the Online News Center.

Additionally, 150-word profiles from participating sponsors and exhibitors will be compiled alphabetically and distributed over PR Newswire's national trade show circuit before the event opens. For more information click here.

And don't miss the L&L Daily Leader, the only official show newspaper, published Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, June 29–July 2, 2008. The Daily Leader will be available throughout the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center and via door drops at some conference hotels. Issues are also posted online on the conference Web site.

• Tuesday, 8 am–6 pm
• Wednesday, 8 am–3 pm

The following will be available in the Media/Press Room:

• Print versions of the NECC 2008 media kit
• Print media kits from NECC 2008 exhibitors and sponsors

The Media/Press Room will be equipped with a number of workstations that reporters are welcome to use for checking e-mail and for creating and filing stories.

Feel free to bring in your own laptop as well. However, Internet access in the Media/Press Room and predominantly throughout the NECC conference center will be wireless. Therefore, your personal laptop must have an airport-compatible network card to access the wireless network and use the Internet.

You'll Need Your NECC Badge & Press Ribbon

If you want to take advantage of the reserved seating for media at the opening keynote address, you must be wearing BOTH your NECC 2008 Badge and your Press Ribbon.

Obtain your Badge and Ribbon at the Registration Desk. Registration is open Saturday, June 28, 2008, through Wednesday, July 2, 2007, from 7 am–2 pm.
