Daily Shuttle Bus ServiceShuttle service is provided between most official conference hotels and the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center (HGCC). Approximate transit time between most locations is 10–15 minutes; please plan accordingly. Unless otherwise noted, shuttles will depart from and return to the front of the HGCC. Schedules are detailed below, and fliers are available at the Transportation Desk (Street Level Lobby) and the NECC Info Booth (Registration Area). This schedule is subject to revision. Check the transportation staging area at the HGCC and your hotel lobbies for up-to-date frequency, dates, and other changes. Though this schedule may also be affected by detours, rush hour, traffic conditions, and other events taking place in San Antonio, every effort is being made to ensure that transportation service is timely, comfortable, and consistent. Please see our representative at the Transportation Desk if your experience is otherwise.

Webcasting and PodcastingIn collaboration with ISTE, KZO Webcasting is capturing more than 20 concurrent sessions for free Video-on-Demand broadcasting via the NECC Web site. At the direction of project lead Tim Wilson, Apple's Distinguished Educator program will podcast approximately 25 concurrent sessions for free download via the Apple Learning Interchange. ISTE members will also have access to exclusive podcasts/VOD sessions post-conference via the online ISTE member portal. Look for these Webcast NEW! Podcasting "Suite" Now Available!Room 215 at the convention center will be set up as a resource for people who wish to create podcasts. There will be two stations for conducting and recording interviews and tables with electricity and Internet connections for editing and uploading. The Doctors Are In!Can't get online? Application won't load? File incompatibility? A team of fabulous techdoctors will be available for questions and troubleshooting support. Docs won't open your computer or use tools—but almost anything else goes! Sunday, 1–6 pm; Monday–Tuesday, 8 am–4 pm; Wednesday, 8 am–1:30 pm Level 2, near Room 208 Conference PlannerTime at NECC flies by fast—a personal planner is a powerful tool to help you get the most out of the conference. Each registered attendee, excluding exhibitors and guests, will receive a custom survey link via e-mail within a day or two after the conference. All completed survey respondents will be entered in a drawing to receive one of four NECC 2009 registrations and a 30th anniversary shirt. Look for our e-mail to tell us how we did, and give us your input regarding content and activities you'd like to see at next year's conference in Washington D.C.
