NAME BADGE & CONFERENCE MATERIALS
The Registration Area is located inside the Registration Hall, in the International Lobby of the GWCC.
General Attendees pick up badges at the Advance Registration counters designated by Red Carpet. Your name badge will be filed alphabetically by last name.
All Main and Co-Presenters pick up badges at the Presenter Counters designated by Green Carpet. Your name badge will be filed alphabetically by last name. Student Showcase participants should have already received specific directions directly from the Program Coordination office. Contact with any questions.

ONSITE TECHNOLOGY |
Use our free attendee wireless network that spans the GWCC public space and includes all meeting rooms. Bring your wireless and handheld computers to NECC and add their functionality to your learning experiences! As with any network, available bandwidth at any point is subject to network traffic. Please keep in mind that performance may vary in peak locations/times.
Onsite Tech Support
Trouble-shooting support is available at "The Doctor-is-In" booth, Street Level, West Lobby, Monday through Wednesday during standard registration hours. Docs will not use tools or open cases, but are prepared to download drivers, configure most software, and assist with network access issues.
E-mail stations
If you are not bringing a laptop to NECC, you are welcome to use our provided e-mail stations, courtesy of Gateway. On Level Five, Murphy Ballroom Foyer, Sunday, 12 noon–Wednesday, 2:30 pm. |

OPENING RECEPTION |

It's walking distance from the GWCC, but shuttle transportation will be provided between the GWCC, most conference hotels, and the Aquarium. Check your hotel's shuttle schedule for last bus times.
An opening night splash! The NECC 2007 Opening Reception is sure to please everyone! Join your fellow conference participants and their families at the brand new Georgia Aquarium—the largest aquarium in the world (by both square footage and tank size)! Come ready to explore to your heart's content. In addition to everything the aquarium has to offer, you'll have the opportunity to learn more about ISTE's online virtual members communities, including Second Life. Meet others who share your enthusiasm for your favorite topic areas and get to know your colleagues from around the globe! REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY |
Conference Registration and/or Ticketed Event cancellations, except tours, will be accepted through June 18, 2007. The deadline to cancel tour tickets was May 23, 2007. (Ticketed events include workshops, ISTE Special Events, and tours.) ISTE membership fees are non-refundable.
Full registration cancellations will be subject to a $35 service fee. After the cancellation deadline, no refunds will be granted for cancelled registrations. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another individual in your place at no extra charge.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing; send an e-mail to or fax to 1.541.346.3545.
Please note: NECC reserves the right to cancel workshops, tours and any other ticketed event that does not have enough enrollment to cover expenses or does not meet the enrollment minimum. In the event of this type of cancellation, the ticketed events fees will be fully refunded. |

TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

DAILY CONFERENCE SHUTTLE SERVICE |
Shuttle service is provided between most official conference hotels and the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC). Approximate transit time between most locations is 10–15 minutes; please plan accordingly. Some events, including workshops, do not provide alternatives for late arrivals. Unless otherwise noted, shuttles will depart from and return to the front of the GWCC.
Schedules are detailed below, and fliers are available at the Transportation Desk (Street Level Lobby) and the NECC Info Booth. This schedule is subject to revision and was accurate as of press time. Check the transportation staging area at the GWCC and your hotel lobbies for up-to-date frequency, dates, and other changes. Though this schedule may also be affected by detours, rush hour, traffic conditions, and other events taking place in Atlanta, every effort is being made to ensure that transportation service is timely, comfortable, and consistent. Please see our representative at the Transportation Desk if your experience is otherwise.
